● 负压式前缘送纸机构，超越送纸机构对纸箱的抗压没有损失。
● 碰线机构采用伺服电机独立驱动，使机器整体运转更协调稳定。
● 纸板传送机构采用负压式全程吸附机构，对纸板的曲翘要求低，使纸板的传送更平稳。
● 风机及送纸电机采用变频控制，省电30%。吸风风量大小可任意调节。
● 挡规采用伺服电机上移控制且整体挡板，并有微调机构，使碰线更精准。
● 整机电器机构采用西门子PLC（电脑）编程控制，触摸屏显示设定排单尺寸，电动调整精度误差±0.5MM。
● 操作界面采用前后触摸屏，使操作更方便快捷。
● 整机采用四个伺服电机经电脑协调控制，使机器更稳定可靠，省却部分机械传动，使机器无
机械能磨损，大大增加了机器的使用寿命。
