FPC层压绿色硅胶垫

FPC层压绿色硅胶垫(绿硅胶Green silicone pad)是一种由有机硅橡胶添加耐高温纳米材料及导热粉末混合而成的合成弹性体。它地平衡了机械性质和化学性质，能满足今天许多苛刻的应用场合要求。主要适用于热压层压设备，FPC、PCB等产品的生产工艺，能与该产品直接接触而不吸出硅胶油，对温度有一定的缓冲作用，使温度较为均匀，隔离被热压产品与热压头直接接触，以免热压头有残留杂物影响其平坦度，同时具有防止静电漏电的隔离保护作用。
