HM-100AB 型多功能自动装盒机 Multi function automatic box machine

◎主要特点

多功能装盒机是我公司研制的产品，具有体积小,重量轻,应用范围广,生产效率高,可一机多用等优点。

本机能够将各种规格的物品进行包装,同时适用于食品包装,化装品包装及相关行业的包装.使用范围广泛,同时根据用户的不同使用要求,适用于大批量单一品种的生产,同时又可以满足用户小批量多品种的生产,装盒机出口可与各种类型的中盒薄膜包装设备相匹配。

1.装盒机运行为间歇式设计，PLC控制，结构简洁，易维护。本机采用一系列复杂的传动,模仿人的动作来自动完成下盒,开盒,及封盒等繁杂工序.

2.整机装盒速度高。但包装材料的运行速度低，从而使包装材料对运行速度的敏感性减少，包装材料适应性增强，机器的机械磨损小，其特点：高产量，低机械运行速度。

3.本机使用的真空是用ZL112真空发生器(SMC),自动真空取盒，大角度开盒。保证盒子的打开精度.

4、入盒系统为间歇式运作，装有推装过载保护功能，保护物品安全入盒。（保护人机安全）

5本机调整、维护更加方便。可选配多种关盒方式及其它装置。更换不同尺寸的纸盒，无需更换模具，仅按盒子大小进行调节定位。

6.本机机架与机板有足够的强度和刚度,机架内装有本机的主驱动电机和离合制动器,机板上装有各传动系统,扭矩过载保护器可以在超负荷的情况下实现主驱动电机和各传动部分脱开,以保护机器零件不受损坏.

7.安全性：

无产品：不下盒，整机自动停机及发出声音报警。

有产品: 无纸盒，（或纸盒不成型）整机自动停机及发出声音报警。

1.整机可按现行GMP标准车间的空间场地设计、制造。

2.整机各功能区分隔设计，采用进口光电眼跟踪、检测自动控制机械运行。

3、当产品自动装入塑托后，可实现全自动入盒封盒。

5.本装盒机,操作简单.PLC可编程控制,触摸式人机界面.

6、本机的PLC自动化控制系统输出接口，可以实现后段包装设备的实时监控。

9.本机低分贝设计（设备工作噪声≤75分贝）。

10、本线生产速度100盒/分钟，稳定生产速度为：30-100盒/分钟

11、整线底脚采用螺纹脚盘，高度可调。
