- 的Porous Coat透气涂布系统可以将热熔胶以离散、随机和开孔的形式均匀分布于各类宽窄幅织物涂布。
- 采用革新性狭缝挤压模头技术,可使用多种涂布量和型式,保证涂布胶剂均匀分散,涂层轻薄透气,适用于聚酩/聚酰胺树脂、PUR、PSA、EVA和反应性PUR材料。
- 刮涂,喷涂,辊涂,擦涂等多种涂布复合工艺,适应胶水(PUR胶，EVA胶，热熔胶)
This machine has following outstanding features
- Patented"Porous Coat" ventilation coating system, which allows the hot melt glue with dotted, random and holing manner which achieved evenly distribution on the base cloth materials.
- Adopting innovative slit extrusion die-head technology, it allows a variety of coating amount and style, which ensures that the glue is evenly distributed, and the coating to be light and breathable. It is suitable for polyester/ polyamide resin, PUR, PSA, EVA and reactive PUR materials.
- Scraping, spraying, roller coating, wiping and other coating composite processes, adapt to the glue(PUR adhesive, Eva adhesive, hot melt adhesive)
