整机 C450 全自动喷码机配备法国依玛士 9040 喷码头,采用机器人自动上下料及 七轴运动控制驱动喷码头完成各种喷印,包括 1D,2D,字符,数字等,具有喷印面积广,效率高,清晰度高等优点,产品用喷码机标识后具有良好的可追溯性,提高企业的质量管理及产品的区域管理。
1、产品用途 Applications
◆该设备是一种通过软件控制,使用非接触方式在产品上用条码或字符标识。产品用喷码机标识后具有良好的可追溯性,提高企业的质量管理及产品的区域管理。
This equipment is to identify with bar codes or characters on products in a non-contact manner by software control. Products identified by the ink-jet printing machine have good traceability and can improve company quality management and product region management.
2、 电子和软件 Electric and software
◆整机系统采用工控机控制,搭配运动控制卡驱动各轴运转,喷码机采用法国依玛士高精度机型,软件自主开发,软件可二次开发升级,以化的方案提高设备性能,运动部分步进均采用进口私服马达,运动模组采用品牌产品,喷印精度0.05 毫米。
This equipment is controlled by industrial computer with motion control card. Home-made software is flexible and can be adjusted according to customers’ requirements. Servo motors for moving parts driving sliding rails and lead screws are all worldwide brands with repeat positioning accuracy of 0.001mm.

高分辨率:具备油墨喷印条码与同步扫描检测功能,确保产线上任何SMT设备的固定式或手持式条码扫描可读取辨识.
High resolution: it has bar code ink-jet printing and synchronous scanning and detection functions and can ensure that stationary or handheld bar code scanning of any SMT equipment on the production line can be read and recognized.

Internally built production line PCB SN bar code tracing and collecting system can be selected to instantly integrate PCB SN and flow direction information record in database for quick query of field personnel or Shop Floor system. ◆依各产线产能的不同,可用离线式喷印生产并同时支援及追踪4~6条SMT产线,用*符合RoHS且的耗材成本帮你在导入时就为公司节约成本。

二.系统工作流程三.系统整体性能及功能(1)适应PCB加工尺寸:Min 50×50mm~Max 500×400mm 厚度0.6~3mm;
(2)传送方式:自动进板,左进右出左进右出可选,单段时轨道传送(喷码后进出板必须和上下板机同步);
(3)条码(一维码)喷码清晰易识别、喷码位数21位,精度分辨率高,一次性扫描成功率。
(4)2D码喷印格式:DM(Data Matrix)码或QR(Quick Response)码;
(5)2D码尺寸:2×2mm——5×5mm
(6)喷印内容:70个字符以内,具体以生产要求为准;
(7)Tact time: 整体加工时间≤5秒(单拼板包括进出板),单标喷印时间≤0.6秒;
(8)喷印油墨:耐高温、抗助焊剂;
(9)喷印精度:±0.05mm;
(10)运动精度:X轴:±0.02mm;Y轴:±0.02mm;Z轴:±0.02mm;
(11)喷印质量:按照GB/T 18284-2000相关内容执行;
(12)系统稼动率:>99%(统计一个月数据,含故障处理时间,计算方法:(1-设备故障总时间/设备运行总时间)*;
(13)根据生产需要设备具备DM码和QR码两种规格及尺寸可以切换调整喷印;
(14)设备喷码头固定结构限制,旋转90,文字可做180旋转,可实现360度喷印
(15)设备具有喷印X板标记(标记类型和防重码喷印功能;
(16)系统具备完整的生产、操作、故障等履历记录及可追溯功能;
(17)系统具备与MES实时信息交互的能力;
(18)设备具备喷码后自动检查和确认功能,及时防止错码或重码;
