基本功能介绍：

1.送纸部
a.自动正确连续给纸，给张间隔可作无极调速
b.单独高速给纸皮带装置，调换皮带非常方便。
c.独立震动马达装置，充分提高给纸质量。
d.给纸刀，左右挡纸板整体上下调整，缩短调整及换盒时间

2.底折部
a.整个底折附件安装在可翻转支架上，充分减少底折与其它盒型互换调整时间。
b.底折速度每分钟50-400个，底折稳定可靠。

3.本折部
配有两板式轨道装置，使盒子在成型时机器更加稳定，盒子成型更加。

4.全压部
a.压力调整方便，可靠，确保粘胶质量。
b.配置机械计数装置，方便用户生产计数。

5.输送部
*设计机构，保证压力均衡确实，且皮带压力，速度调节方便，确保品质。

6.收纸部
配有单独调节转置，操作者可根据打包速度确定收纸速度，方便操作。

7.喷胶系统
采用喷胶系统，标准配备三支喷枪，便于在生产四六角盒及各种异型盒时准确快速施胶。

8.伺服电机
采用伺服控制系统，配合PLC及其信号采集运算系统，能正确对每一个产品（四，六角盒）进行返折，保证品质。
