送纸部:
v 采用德国进口伺服控制前缘送纸装置。
v 真空吸附装置,吸风量可视纸板尺寸,弯曲程度做适当调整,确保供纸平稳准确。
v 电动控制机体离合,附警铃,行进时持续响铃,确保操作人员安全。
v 每台之间,有急停开关,可由内部控制机台的移动,确保内部操作人员的安全。
v 传动轴附摩擦式离合器,避免错误动作而损坏机器。

v 主机马达启动保护装置(机台未锁固时,主机无法启动运转)。
Feeding Unit
v Lead feed system with four-shaft structure is controlled by servo, imported from
v Vacuum suction system. The air volume can be set in accordance with different paperboard bending conditions so as to feed paper smoothly.
v Every unit equips with an emergency stop switch to control the section movement from inside to guarantee the operators' safety.
v All units of the machine can be separated automatically and an alarm sounds during opening and closing for safe operation.
v The frictional clutch is installed on transmission shaft to avoid damaging machine due to incorrect actions.
v Pneumatic interlock device.
v The main motor activates the protection device. .If the unit is not locked, the main motor can not start.
印刷部:
v 印刷辊选用优质钢板,表面研磨,镀硬铬。
v 快速换版装置,节省时间。
v 印刷压辊间隙采用电脑调整,数字设定。
v 配合适纸系统气压自动升降装置(送纸时网纹辊下降与印版接触,停止送纸时网纹辊上升与印版分离)。

v 印刷相位固定装置,电磁离合器制动式刹车机构。当机组分离或调整时,刹车机构限制机台转动,保持原有齿轮位置固定点。

Printing Unit
v The cylinder is made of good steel board and its surface is plated hard chromium after it is grinded.
v Quick hanging forme device can save more time.
v Adjusting clearance of impressing roller by computer, and digital setting.
v Anilox roller matchs with feeding system up and down automatically to protect forme and reduce the waste of cardboard.
v Printing phase is controlled by PLC and touch screen and can be reset electrically with 360 degree adjustment (no matter running or stopping),and be able to store orders.
v Regulating printing phase position is motorized by planetary gear system and digital displays.
v Resetting automatically after cleaning the forme

v Steel anilox roller: Surface of the roller is plated hard chromium after it is grinded and knurled.
v Rubber roller: The steel roller is covered by anti-abrasion rubber, and the middle of the rubber roller is high than two sides to ensure much well printing ink transfer.
v Ceramic anilox roller: Surface of the roller is covered with ceramic after it is grinded and knurled by laser. The life of ceramic anilox roller is more than that of steel one ( Enabling to be provided).

Slotting Unit

模切部:

Die Cutting Unit:
v Rollers: Adopting high quality steel pipe and the pipe is grinded and plated hard chromium.
v Adopting synchronizer to make the speed of die cutting roller and rubber pad roller is consistent so as to improve the precision of die cutting, no matter rubber pad wears. So this can ensure the shape of the cutting cardboard are the same as the die-cutting pattern.
v Anvil roller (up roller): Mechanical helix fluted-roll type, transverse movement
v Die cutting phase is controlled by PLC and touch screen can be reset electrically with 360 degree adjustment (no matter running or stopping).
v Fitting with the rubber repair system to prolong service life and lower the cost.
v Regulate die cutting phase position with planetary gear structure.
