该设备主要用于生产捆扎绳、打包绳等，常见的有啤酒捆扎、日用捆扎等。配备裂膜纤化机，可应用于开网撕裂膜的生产加工，应用于电缆填充料及塑料裂膜缝包线的生产。

1、 螺杆、料筒经氮化处理及精密加工，硬度高、耐磨、抗腐蚀；

2、 整机采用高位刹车驱动，保证收卷整齐；

3、 电气部位采用刹车控制，比常规节电30%

4、 噪音低、无尘、环保节能。

5、 本机组由塑料挤出机，冷却系统，牵引架，拉伸烘箱，收卷机等五大部件组成，挤出机料筒，螺杆经高频氮化处理，模头采用45#中碳钢锻打处理，
