本机是集中底封及三边封于一体的型制袋机。多设计了一：两套光电纠偏系统（横向.竖向）。二：两套横向张力浮动系统。三：三角板及M板的反穿料方式等三大特点，从而解决了三边封的彩印面拉丝，特别是制作中封袋时有了独立的自动横张力带纠偏，自动的独立单浮动系统，对中封薄袋.侧边袋.每分钟速度效率大大提高。它采用工业计算机控制，CRT显示，双伺服电机拖料控制系统，同时，采用放料光电纠偏检测及变频放料，放料模拟量与主机模拟量控制同步控制，达到连续走料目的，料膜自动张力控制。还增设倍送及倍烫功能，以满足客户做长袋及高质量烫封的需求。本系列产品具有操作方便、传动平稳量保证、制袋质效率高等特点，是制作各种高档中.三边封袋的理想的新一代制袋产品。

Performance:

This machine machine is the latest type bag-making machine integrated insole seal and three sided as a whole. It increase: 1. doble photoelectric correct system （horizontal, vertical）. 2. double horizontal cluth flucatation system. 3. anti-threading method of set square and M plate, consequently figure out the three sided color printing cover drawbench, especially it has absolute automatically horizontal clutch correct to produce the insole bag and fluctation system, it could increase the speed and effiecency.
