此机与生产线对接自动进料、裹膜、封切、卍缩、冷却定型，无人化流水作业。

ST-6030AD+SM-6040D是在ST-6030A+SM-6040的基础上采用双推料工作方式加位提高产量。

ST-6030A引进*技术及工艺制作，设备性能稳定可靠。

感应式送膜，大大减少薄膜的损耗。

日本原厂欧姆龙数显式温控器，温度精确，可直接看到封切时的温度状态。

无级机械式调速装置，调整进料输送带的速度。

采用三菱“PLC”可编程程序控制器，实现机、电、气一体化。

采用特别设计的封刀，封口线牢固、不开裂、不易粘刀。

料输送带可根据需要设计成左侧进料或右侧进料的方式。

SM-6040采用进口双运风电机，让炉腔内热风散布均匀，收缩后效果更加美观。

输送采用变频器控制传送速度，无级调速。

超大风量冷却气流，产品热缩后迅速冷却定型。

整机采用变频器控制传送速度，无级调速。
