标签蒸汽收缩机/蒸汽收缩炉

蒸汽标签收缩及电加热标签收缩比较：

电加热收缩机在标签收缩过程中存在的问题：
1，日化品一般都含有酒精等易燃易爆物质，电加热收缩机都是采用电热管直接发热发红辐射标签以达到标签收缩效果，存在一定**隐患。
2，电加热收缩机的热源不可调，炉腔内温度过高，标签收缩不均匀，输送速度过快，标签有皱褶；输送太慢，导致塑料瓶变型，并且影响瓶内产品品质。特别是大批量生产时，生产速度远远跟不上
3，对于一些加厚标签，特别是PET标签，电热收缩机更是远远达不到理想效果及速度
采用蒸汽收缩机则可以解决上述问题 
蒸汽收缩炉，又名蒸汽收缩机，是以蒸汽为工作介质，利用蒸汽的恒温而且温度扩散均匀的特性来工作，以达到普通电热红外加热收缩机不可比拟的效果．广泛应用于化工，食品等行业的PVC/PET/PP的标签蒸汽收缩。
