l 书芯输送：将已锁线的书芯放入书芯输送机构，书芯按设定速度，自动完成逐本输送；

l 书芯前压：书芯前压紧可使书芯背部压平，排出书贴间空气，使书贴更加平实；

l 双面粘页：可对烘干后的书芯联动输送到双面粘页机进行双面环衬的粘贴，粘接牢固可靠，可与任何书脊涂胶联动生产，自动进本，循环上胶水装置，使胶水不易固化，达到粘接效果，进涂胶装置涂胶，进入自动吸纸机构，将前后页分别粘接到书芯正面和背面，前后衬纸自动粘接；可减少人工2-3人，降低成本，提高生产效率。

l 书芯震动：联动线具有对书芯震动闯齐输送功能；排出书贴间空气，使书贴更加平实；

l 过胶烘干：自动上胶及过胶，上胶量可通过调节刮刀间隙进行调整，保持上胶量和粘度稳定。

l 增强烘干：烘干可控制书芯背部的胶液中的水份蒸发，使胶体粘度与牢固度达到；本机具有4段热烘干，2段冷烘干；

l 书芯后压：书芯后压可使书芯背部粘连更加贴合，加强书芯书帖间和衬纸的相互接触粘连；

l 可与三面切书机构成完整的书芯成型线，能够逐本完成高精度的书芯裁切并输出到后续工作台。
