一、全自动粘箱机整机特点：

   系列全自动粘箱机，由真空送纸部，涂胶折叠部和计数堆积输出部三部分组成。数显调控，PLC电脑调幅，变频同步运转，具有简便快捷可靠准确的操控模式。自动供纸，自动涂胶折叠，自动计数，自动堆码输出，平均粘箱速度150米/分钟，高速节能，节省人工成本。

二、全自动粘箱机各部功能介绍：

★供纸部：

   ●采用皮带前缘吸风送纸方式，准确可靠。

   ●采用高档的电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠。

   ●压纸轮高度可调，适合纸板厚度为2-8mm。

   ●与折叠部联动，变频调速，供纸速度0-130m/min。

   ●供纸部的前挡板和走纸皮带左右可调。

★涂胶折叠部：

   ●主电机采用变频调速，系统无噪音，调速灵活，稳定。

   ●采用进口高摩擦力皮带输送纸板，自动叠送。

   ●采用不锈钢轮涂胶，胶量均匀，，且省胶。

   ●折叠部配有纸板校正装置和压痕纠正装置。

  ●折叠部有两排可调内侧定位导轮系统，成型精度更高。

  ●折叠速度0-130m/min。

  ●电动调节左右牌坊。

●计数堆积部：

  ●采用PLC编程控制器和触摸屏数字控制，操作简单，动作可靠不停机输入数据，自动计数，自动堆码，整齐输出。

  ●计数部主电机变频调速，速度可调，开机稳定可靠。

  ●利用皮带输送纸箱，堆积整齐，速度0-130m/min。

  ●利用拍打板击打纸箱，具有纠偏功能，偏差很小。

  ●计数和推出采用气动方式，PLC点控，动作可靠，准确快速。

  ●输出部采用底部输送带和上部压紧皮带同步压紧方式，使成品纸箱粘牢固并整齐无错位输出。堆积高度5-20张。

Paper fe ding section:

  ● The height of paper roller is adjustable, suitable for the thickness of paperboard of 2-8mm.

  ●Linkage with folding part, frequency control, paper feeding speed 0-130m / min.

  ●The front baffle and feeding belt of the paper feeding section can be adjusted from left to right.

★ gluing folding part:

  ●The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the system has no noise, and the speed regulation is flexible and stable.

  ●The imported high friction belt is used to transport the paperboard and automatically fold it.

  ● Using stainless steel wheel to apply glue, the glue quantity is even, no trouble, and save glue.

  ●The folding part is equipped with cardboard correction device and indentation correction device.

  ●The folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning guide wheel system, which has higher forming precision.

  ●Folding speed 0-130m / min.

  ●Electrically adjust the left and right archways.

Counting and stacking unit:

  ● Using PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, simple operation, reliable action, non-stop input  data, automatic counting, automatic stacking, neat output.

  ●The main motor of the counting unit is variable frequency speed regulation, the speed is adjustable, and the starting is stable and reliable.

  ●Use the belt to transport the cartons in order, with the speed of 0-130m / min.

  ●Using the clapping board to hit the carton has the function of correcting deviation, and the deviation is very small.

  ● Counting and pushing out adopt pneumatic mode, PLC point control, reliable action, accurate and fast.

● The output part adopts the synchronous pressing mode of the bottom conveyor belt and the upper pressing belt to make the finished carton stick firmly and orderly without dislocation. Stacking height 5-20 sheets.
