激光冷水机里的冷却水通过循环水泵的工作在设备与压缩机制冷系统的蒸发器之间不断循环。设备工作时产生的热量经过压缩机制冷系统的制冷循环传导到空气中。相应的控制器件可以按设定的参数要求控制压缩机制冷系统的工作，从而保证设备的冷却水温度始终控制在的范围。为保证设备的稳定、安全运行。冷却机还具有循环水流量检测报警、超温报警、水温自动调节等高级功能。
