产品应用：

1.转贴膜

FPC转贴膜用于覆盖膜，补强，屏蔽膜小面积辅材转贴，对于加工效率和产品良率的提高较为明显。

 

FPC transform film is used for  coverlay reinforcing and content transform,such as EMI.  It is obvious to

the improvement of machining efficiency and product yield. 

 

 

2.高温承载膜

用于FPC单面板铜热滚轮压合制程的高温承载，低收缩率、耐高温性能且具有优异的耐酸碱性能。

The copper surface and the PI surface of copper are respectively attached to the dry film and the PET film, 

which is pressed together by hot roller .

Condition：

Pressure: 4-5kg

Temperature: 90-110℃

Speed: 0.7~1.3m/min

 

3.冲切保护膜

用于FPC嵌入式冲切的承载保护，可有效提高FPC良率和冲切效率。

Firstly, fitting FPC with PET protective film then punching FPC by cutting die(semi-cutting method).

Customers may take down FPC for assembling, while can also assemble first and then take down FPC.

 

4.出货保护膜

把PET双层保护膜离型膜撕除，有粘性的一面固定在台面上，将产品整齐排列在有粘性PET保护膜上，粘满后粘上离型膜，用手压平，封袋后出货使用。

Separate the PET double layer packing film and fix the sticky side on the table top, arrange the product on the sticky PET double layer packing film, peel off the release liner, and then press it by hand.
