本系列灌装机集光、电、气及PLC微电脑控制于一体，从进瓶定位、灌装、出瓶等动作均全自动完成。采用直列常活塞式灌装，由变换灌装时间来实现不同计量，更换不同形状的容器，调整不同的灌装量不需要更换零件，与物料接触部分均采用不锈钢和特殊的耐腐蚀材料制成，*的灌装头保证灌装无滴漏。具有自动化程度高，性能稳定可靠，生产速度快，灌装精确，操作简单，适应性强等特点。广泛用于食品饮料（如茶饮料、酱油、酒、醋等）、医药、化工、农药（含有酸、碱、有机溶剂或二甲苯均可）等行业中各种易流动液体的灌装。更换和增加少量部件即可适用于95℃的高温灌装和易起泡液体的灌装。
This series machine apply the combination of optical , electric ,air and PLC control, and can automatically complete such functions as bottle feeding, positioning, filling, bottle discharging etc. Apply linear atmospheric pressure filling, achieve different measuring through changing the filling time. It doesn't require to replacing the parts for filling different shapes of containers at different capacities. The parts contact with stainless steel and anti-corrosive materials. The special filling head assures no leakage.
