进口燃气截止阀采用成形聚四氟乙烯/柔性石墨作为密封填料，由填料压盖提供初始密封，当发生磨损引起的动密封泄漏时，可用填料压盖螺母进行调整，适用于大多数高中压非腐蚀性流体输送场合。在阀瓣的金属密封面上设置一沟槽，镶装一软密封环与阀座金属密封面形成软硬双重密封结构，提高了密封性能，避免了金属密封旋转摩擦产生静电，引起的火花。金属硬密封面保护软密封材料过载不受损，延长阀门使用寿命。适用于石油、化工、钢铁、水力、电力等行业。阀座密封面材料为尼龙塑料。

   8、防静电结构：当阀门的内密封体旋转摩擦产生静电时，利用一个导电装置和大地连通，从而避免静电导致天然气火灾。
   9、当阀门外部失火时，软密封材料被高温烧毁，其金属密封仍能保证阀门紧闭密封，从而形成了软硬双重密封结构，密封性能好。
