1.产品结构 production structure

 各部件金属对金属表面的没有滑动磨损----------实现长寿命、无维护 
*、执行机构传动中,采用高科技材料的滚筒拨叉结构,动作平稳,没有传动死区,没有机械磨损。
第二、气缸内壁采用烧结还氧涂层,加上低磨擦的活塞密封圈、支撑圈和高效稳定的密封脂,可以保证*平滑的动作,不需要额外添加润滑油,无需保养工作。 
作为标准化设计,执行机构符合DIN3337/ISO5211,VDI/VDE3845(Namur)的标准,这使安装变得简单,并可以很容易地装配电磁阀、定位器等附件。  

第三、斜锥面金属密封蝶阀设计采用了一个双偏心和一个斜锥面密封结构,实现蝶板在开启瞬间,密封面随即分离,关闭接触时,密封圈挤压后,自身微量变形,实现密封,
而密封付之间,没有金属对金属表面的滑动摩擦,这样大大延长了密封件的使用寿命, 达到启闭轻松自如,密封自动补偿。 

A. In the running of transmission, roller scotch Yoke was used, the action is steady and no friction 
B. The inner of cylinder is sinter epoxy painting. Low-friction seal ensures smooth, rotary motion and require no additional lubrication,therebyreducing maintenance costs. 
As standard, all actuators have connections that comply with DIN3337/ISO5211,VDI/VDE3845(Namur).This simplifies mounting and makes it easier to fit accessories such as solenoid valve, position indicators and the like. 

C.Triple Eccentric Metal-seated Butterfly Valve adopts a double-eccentric and a Sideling Cone surface. This can separate the seal surface. When close it, the seal ring was extrusion so as to make a little changable.This realized seal. Without friction between metals, prolonging the life of the seal products.

   锥面金属密封蝶阀应用技术结构形式:采用了可浮动的密封环,密封环在阀体上可以依阀板关闭时,靠推力适当调整自身的位置,这样可浮动的密封圈,可以补偿阀门在不同工况,如高温、管道应力等产生的变形、热膨胀等因素,消除变形的影响,确保密封吻合、比压均匀,从本质上*解决了,金属对金属硬密封泄漏的难题,实现金属密封零泄漏。
Triple Eccentric Metal-seated Butterfly Valve absorbs the advantages: floating seal ring is adopted and the seal ring is capable of self-adjustment by the pressure of disc when closing so as to compensate the possible deformation or heat expansion under different working conditions, such as high temperature, damage to the face, resulting an even contact pressure ration.So, the seal leakage problem as a result of temperature change is solved compley.

This feature is especially valuable in applications where a valve remains stationary throughout long periods, or has a high break-away and seating torque. Remote Control scotch Yoke offer more 20% output torque than the same standard gear and rack., so as to realize seal depend on torque,ensures seal performance.
