主要机构性能

1、采用摇板结构、齿轮无间隙调整。

2、自动喷淋润滑，减轻机器噪音，延长齿轮使用寿命。

3、主传动齿轮采用45#优质钢锻造，且齿部高频淬火处理斜齿传动。

4、采用360°行星电动数显调整，运转和停止时均可调整印刷和切角、开槽位置，节省了调整时间，提高了印刷精度和生产效率。

5、印刷辊：可采用*、简便、实用的勾槽挂板(可选)。

6、多色印刷机组任意组合。

7、开槽部四刀同步调箱高(可选配电动调箱高)。

8、可选配上下刀盘、上下压线轮、踢纸刀、压纸杆、手动或电动联体轴向移动，节省时间。

9、气动抬版、气动锁紧、自动匀墨、气动供墨、电动离合、离合气动刹车(保证印刷、开槽位置不变)、光电记数等功能。

10、采用优质胶辊网纹辊，可印刷精美图案。

7.Slotter part can adjust the four knife simutaneously (can choose

electric adjust the height).

8.Can choose up and down knife, up and down pressing line wheel, kicking paper knife, pressing rod, manual or electrical move together linkage axially,to save time.

9.Pneumatic lift plate, pneumatic lock tightly, automatic even the ink, electric clutch, clutch pneumatic brake(insure not to change position of printing or slotter), photoelectric counting function etc.

10.Adopt good quality rubber roller and anilox roller to insure print elegant picture.
