Equipment Description整机C750全自动喷码机配备法国依玛士9030喷码头，采用机器人自动上下料及2轴运动控制驱动喷码头完成各种喷印，包括1D，2D，字符，数字等，具有喷印面积广，效率高，清晰度高等优点，产品用喷码机标识后具有良好的可追溯性，提高企业的质量管理及产品的区域管理。
1、产品用途 Applications该设备是通过软件控制，使用非接触方式在产品上喷印条码或字符标识，使产品具有良好的追溯性，提高企业产品的制程管理和质量管理。This equipment is toidentify with bar codes or characters onproducts in a non-contact manner bysoftware control. Products have good traceability and can improve company total process control and quality management.
2、电子和软件Electric and software整机系统采用工控机控制，搭配运动控制卡驱动各轴运转，喷码机采用法国依玛士高精度机型，软件自主开发，软件可二次开发升级，以化的方案提高设备性能，运动部分步进均采用进口私服马达，运动模组采用品牌产品，喷印精度0.05毫米。This equipment is controlled by industrialcomputer with motioncontrol card. Home-made software is flexible and can beadjusted according to customers’ requirements. Servo motors for moving partsdriving sliding rails and lead screws are all worldwide brands with repeatpositioning accuracy of 0.05mm.
