SDJ-3000高速半自动钉箱机（单片式）采用材质，而不易损坏，每分钟钉速可达1000钉，半自动钉箱机大特点是机头每次可多下四个单钉，也就是说效率是相对市场上其它有的类似的机器的2倍，而且可以控制机头每次可以下任意一个、两个、三个钉。可以实现对纸箱实现单钉、双钉、加强钉、头尾钉的操作。钉线一次采用4盘50公斤自动送线，减少了换丝时间。
