MPP（Microcellular Polypropylene），中文名称为微孔发泡聚丙烯材料，主要组成成分
为空气和聚丙烯，其制备过程绿色环保，无毒、无气味，没有任何化学物质残留。材料内部
的泡孔直径均在 0.1-50μm 之间，孔密度 107-109个/cm3，且材料整体密度相比发泡前可减
少 5%-95%。与未发泡材料及普通泡沫塑料相比，微孔聚合物材料具有缺口冲击强度高、
韧性好、比强度高、疲劳寿命长、热稳定性高、介电常数低、热导率低等优异性能，可
用于制造食品包装、轻质-高强-隔音的飞机和汽车部件、缓冲性强的运动器材、高电压
绝缘材料、保温性优异的纤维材料和低摩擦的表面改性材料等，这些*的优点均是普
通泡沫塑料所无法具有的。
